"Easy Family Flight with LOT"
Flew with LOT with my wife and our two kids, and it went a lot smoother than I expected. The staff were really kind to the kids and helped us out with seats and bags without making us feel like a hassle. Boarding was calm, and the kids even got a bit of attention during the flight, which made things easier for everyone. It wasn’t totally perfect, but for a family trip it was a really good experience. I’d definitely consider flying with LOT again next time we travel as a family.

"Customer service took forever"
I had to reach out to customer service it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I sent a few messages and then just waited for days, checking my inbox every so often between work and making dinner and all that. When they finally replied, it was super short and didn’t really answer what I needed help with. I get that places get busy, but the whole thing felt disappointing.

For what I paid, I can’t complain too much. I was trying to save a bit of money this time, so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy. The seats were okay, not the most comfortable ever, but good enough for the price

They handled my dog really poorly, which was really upsetting to see. I get that working with pets can be tricky sometimes, but still, you expect a certain level of care and patience. i left feeling disappointed and wouldn’t feel comfortable bringing my dog back there

"Helpful Staff Made a Difference"
I had a little trouble finding my gate at first, but the LOT staff at the airport were really quick to help and super friendly about it. It made the whole experience a lot less stressful and got my trip off to a better start

"Helpful staff, just a bit of a wait"
I booked special assistance for my mum and overall it was fine, fine. The staff were helpful and got her where she needed to be, but we did end up waiting a bit longer than I expected. Not a huge issue, just a bit frustrating at the time.

"I’ve flown with them before and want…"
I’ve flown with them before and want to keep using them because the flights themselves have always been fine for me. But this time, trying to pay for my booking was a mess. I attempted it twice and the page just kept hanging, then my bank showed pending charges for a while, which made me nervous. Support did eventually respond, but it wasn’t exactly quick, and I had to wait before trying again. I still like the airline overall, but this definitely made me second-guess booking with them next time.

"Decent flight, seats could be better"
I flew with lot recently the seat comfort was average. It wasn’t awful or anything, but after a couple of hours the seat started to feel a bit hard. The legroom was okay for me, just enough, but definitely nothing extra. Anyway... for a short flight it was perfectly fine, but I think if it had been a longer trip I would’ve felt worn out by the end. Overall, it was an okay experience, I just wish the seats had a little more padding.

"Decent flight, but the cabin could’ve been cleaner"
The flight itself was fine overall, no real issues there. But, um, the cleanliness wasn’t great. I found old tissues in the seat pocket, and the tray table felt kind of sticky, which was a little off-putting. It wasn’t terrible or anything… just felt average to me.

I wanted to like the app, but it made a bad first impression. It kept freezing on me and randomly logging me out, and when I tried to check my account it just sat there spinning forever. It feels kind of unfinished, which is really frustrating. I gave up and used the website instead

The onboard food was poor, to be honest. It was cold and didn’t really taste like anything. The drink options were limited too, and even getting water took ages. For the price of the ticket, I expected a bit better. Overall, it was a disappointing flight experience.

"Delayed, but LOT handled it better than I expected"
My LOT flight was delayed almost 2 hours, and I was annoyed at first. I always get a little worried in those situations, like maybe they’re just giving vague answers and I’m being strung along. But the staff actually gave updates often, so it didn’t feel like we were just standing around being fooled or left in the dark. They also helped me with my connection and told me exactly where to go right away. I still got home later than planned, but at least I wasn’t stressed out. For a delay, it was handled way better than I expected

The messages were okay overall, but i wish they had been clearer. A few times I had to reread them or guess what was meant, which was a bit frustrating. I kind of regret not asking for clarification sooner.

"Kept Freezing on Me"
I tried using it for a bit yesterday while I was just sitting at home, and the screen kept freezing over and over. I thought maybe it was my Wi-Fi or something because my router has been weird before, but everything else was working fine. nothing really seemed to work the way it was supposed to, so it got frustrating quickly.

"Got sorted in the end, just not quickly"
I had an issue with my booking my first thought was, “Here we go, this is going to be a hassle.” Support took longer than I expected to get back to me, so I figured it might drag on. But once they did reply, they were clear about what happened and actually fixed the problem. Not exactly a seamless experience, but my complaint was resolved, so I’ll give them credit for getting it done.

"Surprisingly Spacious"
I was fully prepared for the usual cramped-leg ordeal, but to my surprise, the legroom was actually good. I didn’t feel like I was battling for survival the whole time, which made the experience way more comfortable.
